Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior experience with LearnWorlds? +

No experience needed. e4all's support is designed for those new to LearnWorlds. We start by mapping out your entire school structure in Milanote, so you'll know exactly what you're building before we touch the platform.

What if my content and assets aren't ready yet? +

We sort out your asset status during the Pre-Launch phase. By mapping what's ready and what's missing in Milanote, we can decide together when to start building.

What if I don't have a LearnWorlds subscription yet? +

We recommend starting with the 30-day free trial. If you lock in your design during Pre-Launch before starting the trial, you'll make full use of every day.

Can you really launch in 2 weeks? +

Yes, if your assets and structure are ready. That's exactly why we complete the Pre-Launch phase first — so the build itself can move fast.

How does the process work after signing? +

After signing, all tasks and progress are shared in Milanote. Communication runs via email, LINE, and Milanote, with 2–8 online consultations per month depending on your plan.

Can you build a school in Japanese? +

Yes. LearnWorlds supports a Japanese UI, and we handle full Japanese-language school setup and content implementation.

Is multilingual support available? +

Yes. LearnWorlds supports multilingual functionality through Weglot. Note that a separate Weglot subscription is required.

Can I cancel the monthly support plan anytime? +

Yes. All monthly plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept bank transfer and credit card via Stripe. Contact us for details.
